Belleville Congregational Church Meeting Hall
Newburyport Choral Society and Belleville Congregational Church have a long history of collaboration in bringing music to our community. NCS has had the pleasure of singing in the beautiful meeting hall for decades with its wonderful acoustics, simple elegant architecture and traditional New England ambience.
NCS Scholarship Awarded……….
Newburyport Choral Society is pleased to announce the winner of the 23rd Betty Gillette Scholarship that is given annually to a local student pursing an education in music. The 2011 recipient is Lisa Stoneham, a bass trombone player and graduate of Beverly High School.
